We started in a small bungalow in Chicago's Cragin neighborhood and have lived in three homes in the school district 204 areas of Naperville and Aurora. We've been in our current Naperville home since 1998.

I am committed.. We tend to be conservative, but we are real estate investors and our properties have done very well. I have successful "hands on" experience when it comes to making sound investments in real estate. We tend to "buy and hold" but have also "flipped" properties

 

I love the area!

Bustling, vibrant downtowns that offer an abundance of terrific restaurants and shopping while still retaining much of their quaint heritage. From the lovely river town of Geneva with its antique shops to the vibrant downtown of Naperville with it's rich history, beautiful riverwalk and wealth of restaurants. In the western suburbs, each town offers it's own unique experience; Naperville, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Geneva, Downers Grove, St. Charles, Aurora and Plainfield all stand on their own merits. One benefit to living here is that you get to take advantage of all of them.

Yes, I know that Angus steers don't have spots...

When I first got into the real estate business in 1989, some people were not aware that "Angus" was more than just quality beef. Rather than explain about the Scottish heritage (because that leads to talk of Robert Burns, kilts and haggis), I decided in a moment of "Bovine Inspiration" to embrace my udder "cowishness".. and took the bull by the horns (so to speak). I came up with the "your best mooove" campaign (inspired by Gateway computer boxes) in 1990 and.. I have been known as the "cow guy" ever since... some folks call me "moo"

It seems like many agents/companies offer "free reports" and most of them are pretty generic. I would know because I offer some of those too.
