I’ve just completed compiling the 2004 stats for Naperville by subdivision. I’ve done what I can to make it accurate, but the difficulty lies in what the agent that listed the property called the neighborhood. You’ll see that the West Highlands are listed by some as EG Moser etc. I’ve tried to correct their spelling errors and recompile the data where appropriate.
So, this should provide a good idea of what the real estate activity is in Naperville neighborhoods, but is not a reflection of all of the real estate sales (By owners, some builders and family member sales may not all show) In other words; the info is deemed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed.
