Ashbury is a pool community located in the southern portion of Naperville. Originally developed by Mid-America the subdivision kicked off in 1991 with a bevy of model homes located on Bennett Drive.
A high concept community with monument entries, curving streets, cul de sacs, walking paths and a fantastic community aquatic center with clubhouse. Ashbury is well located just south of 95th street and east of Book Road, just blocks to the skate park and the YMCA, a mile to Neuqua Valley High School (walking through Frontier Park) and less than two to the Naperville Public Library, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and the AMC Showplace 16 Movie Theater.
The neighborhood enjoys the district 204 school system; Patterson Elementary is located within the community, Crone Middle School and Neuqua Valley High School are nearby.
Ashbury is home to the Ashbury Alligators, a competitive swim team for ages 5-18
