Windridge is located on Naperville’s near south side, between 87th and Leverenz and just east of rt59.
The neighborhood was mostly developed between 1999 and 2004. Windridge consists of two basic type s of housing;
- The Townhomes which are 2-3 bedroom two stories (some have basements) and can feature one or two car garages
- The Manor Homes which are one level (ranch style) condos that feature one car garages and private entrances. These can be either first floor or second floor units
Windridge is located just south/west of the Springbrook Golf Course and less than a mile west of the Springbrook Prairie Forest Preserve along 87th street. Stillwater is just over a mile to Frontier Park and the YMCA, about a mile to Neuqua Valley High School, the Naperville Public Library, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and the AMC Showplace 16 Movie Theater.
The neighborhood enjoys the district 204 school system; Welch Elementary is located within the community, Scullen Middle School and Neuqua Valley High School are nearby.
